Update: Zuly Was amazing and made the time worth while. My experience change from all around and the Dr. Carlo was great attentive and listened to my needs. Unlike my first Doctor here. The place was super clean! Front desk and all staff super nice! Why one star: 1. It is my first visit and requested a specific Dr. Which is the one I choose and to my surprise it was someone else. 2. I was barely able to explain my issues. I could barely talk. I was interrupted many times. The time.spend with the P.A. was fast and did not felt cared for. 3. O told about and issue I have with stomach issues for over a week, and he said take over the counter stuff. Take Imodium! I try to say I have taken over the counter stuff and my regular meds and nothing has happened. Did not ask for any other symptoms or anything. 4. I felt he did not care about my current health problems and did not needed any explanations of them as he continue to show carelessness. Besides that bad experience that made me feel like a money making cow and not like human being that is cared for, all other staff was lovely, front desk, lab tech, medical assistant, all were lovely I would have done a 5 star Review. It is sad that because one person all the establishment get one star.

Excellent service and accommodations, had a great visit thanks to Minellys Colon, was very kind and had a bright and positive energy, left me impressed because she made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with me as well as all the other check-in ladies. I was also impressed with Jennifer at check-out, was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to coming again, overall a great experience.

It’s clean and polite. It’s also borderline a scam. Saw Dr Lizardi several times, as a regular visitor and with pain issues. Every appointment was 90-120 minutes after my scheduled time (and I’m always early), and the doctor was neither interested nor helpful. “Oh well, what drugs would you like, here’s a fist bump to show we’re cool”. Now I find out that I have to visit in person every 3 months and give them a copay along with another 3 hours of my life to get a basic prescription refill. I hope others had better experiences, but I’m done.

Front desk staff is rude and not professional. They automatically speak to you in Spanish when you walk in . I seen the dr 5 times and every time he acts like it’s the first time and doesn’t know why I’m there.. i do not recommend this office for anything unless you’re okay with being treated poorly by the staff and dealing with incompetence.. i was told a manger would call me I’ve been waiting for 2 days so far and still no call . I couldn’t expect anything less from this place ..

So we have to check the app to see what’s going in with us. so we pay the doctors for what exactly bc they don’t tell us if something is wrong we have to check our charts on the app! I never seen anything like this and I work for the medical field! The doc went over my chart and said all is good but when I went on the chart they put kidney failure I’m lost and no one is calling me back and this is a serious matter !!
